AWLA's main resources are the members who are about forty [ 40] or more in strenght.
They are qualified lawyers with various years of experience at the Bar.

Executive Board.
The board is made up of the Convenor, the Executive Secretary. Financial Secretary, Media Relations-Secretary ,Projects Secretary and the Welfare- Secretary. All the positions have deputies for effective implmentation of work.

Donors.
Our donors are mainly International Agencies,Embassies,Ngo's the UNaids.

The Secretariat.
The secretariat is headed by the Executive Director who is assisted by a Legal Assistant and a Research officer.

The secretariat comprises of the following:
a. The Executive Director
b. Technical Advisor.
c. Legal Officer
d.Secretary
e.Clerk
f. Security
g.Gardens
h Driver .
i .Legal Assistants- six of them with ongoing projects.

General Meeting.
The general membership is made up of qualified lawyers and meetings are held six times in a year i.e every two months.
