Online Courses
Beginning in the Summer of 2006, the History Department has made several courses available to students online. The flexibility online courses offer is especially beneficial for preservice teachers fulfilling required core program requirements, as well as for current teachers seeking fulfill new state requirements and expand their qualifications. The Center for History Teaching is also working on developing additional online courses specifically targeted toward addressing the specific needs of teacher education students, including an online course on teaching world history.
